Maskie masks and filters cannot be returned or exchanged once opened. This is for health and safety reasons, as once a mask or filter is taken out of its’ package it becomes unsafe to resell. Other items can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase if they have not been used.
Should one of your orders have a problem or arrive faulty, we will try our best to find a solution for you. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if your order arrived faulty.
Please be sure to include the following information:
1) The item(s) being returned
2) The reason or problem with the order
3) A copy of the packing list and/or your order number
4) Photos to support your concern
5) Upon receipt of your request, our customer service team will contact you with the next steps
6) Maskie does not reimburse the cost of shipping on orders that were sent back to us after non-acceptance by the customer
Guidelines1) Maskie is only accountable for items purchased directly on mymaskie.com. If your items were purchased from an authorized retailer, please contact them for order resolution.
2) Products that are defective (to be determined by Customer Service) will be exchanged.
3) Any promotional discount received on your original purchase will be recalculated when the merchandise is returned or exchanged.
4) We will not be able to issue a refund if any items received as a ‘gift with purchase’ through a promotion if the item(s) are not returned along with the purchased items.
5) We reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges if we have reason to suspect misuse of our Returns Policy.
6) We reserve the right to cancel orders if we have a distribution presence.
7) We are not responsible or liable for delays or damages while in possession of a 3rd party shipper.
8) Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Maskie is not liable for reimbursement of such charges.
